Do I need an account to shop?

No. You can check out as a guest every time. Creating an account just lets you order without re-entering your details and keeps a history of your orders.

How do I create an account?

Click “Login / Register”, then “Create An Account” and fill in your details.

How do I order?

Choose your product, select your size and any customisation options, add it to your cart, then click Check Out and follow the prompts to pay securely.

Can I customise my gloves or gear?

Yes — most of our gloves, headgear and sparring sets are made-to-order custom builds. You can choose colourway, size/ounces, padding and add personalised embroidery. Add your customisation notes at checkout.

How long will my order take?

Because items are handmade to order, processing takes approximately 10–30 business days. Shipping is then 5–10 business days (standard) or 4–7 business days (expedited). See our Shipping Details page for more.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping cost and delivery time are calculated at checkout based on your location.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major cards and accelerated checkouts are accepted through our secure Shopify checkout.

What is your return policy?
