1. Where we ship

We ship worldwide from Australia.

2. Production time

Most of our gear is handmade to order. Production time is stated on each product page and begins once your design is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

3. Delivery time

Once dispatched, standard shipping is typically 5–10 business days and express shipping 4–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays and customs processing.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and chosen method.

5. Duties and import taxes

Orders shipped outside Australia may attract customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees charged by your country. These are not included in the price you pay us and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your local thresholds before ordering.

6. Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is dispatched.
