These Terms of Service govern your use of the FiveStarBoxing website and your purchase of our products. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

FiveStarBoxing is an Australian business selling handmade and custom boxing equipment and apparel. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may be subject to applicable taxes.

2. Use of this website

  • By using this site you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian.
  • You agree not to use this website or its content in any way that breaches the law or infringes the rights of others.

3. Orders and payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Payment is taken in full at checkout through our secure payment provider.
  • We may cancel or decline an order, and will refund you in full where we do.
  • We take care to describe and photograph products accurately. Handmade items carry small natural variations in paint, stitching and finish; these are a feature of hand-built gear, not a defect.

4. Custom and made-to-order items

  • Custom items are built to your specification after your order is placed. Production time is stated on the product page and in our shipping information, and begins once your design is confirmed.
  • Where a design proof or mock-up is provided, production begins after you approve it. Changes requested after approval may not be possible.
  • We do not reproduce third-party logos, trade marks or protected artwork. Where you supply artwork, you confirm that you own it or hold the rights to use it, and you accept responsibility for that.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and available methods are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Any customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees charged by your country are your responsibility and are not included in the price you pay us. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including images, designs, logos and text — is the property of FiveStarBoxing and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, FiveStarBoxing is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Boxing and combat sports carry inherent risk of injury; our equipment is designed to reduce but cannot eliminate that risk, and you use it at your own risk. Nothing in this clause excludes, restricts or modifies the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that country.
